Michael Armstrong, Vice President of Sales Engineering, has worked for Global Communications Group since January, 2011. Mike brings over 20 years of experience in managing technical and sales teams to the GCG team and has over 12 years of direct experience developing holistic telecommunication solutions for a wide variety of Fortune 50, 100 and 1000 customers. In addition, Mike formerly worked on the operation side of the manufacturing, medical and financial industries and was the CIO for a large multi-national data storage company; therefore he is able to bring his real world experience to the table when designing solutions for customers. In his free time, Mike enjoys to gardening, traveling and spending time with his wife and two cats.

Heidi Humphreys, Operations Manager, has been with Global Communications Group Since 2008. Heidi has grown with the company and has worn many different hats during her employment. As GCG’s Operations Manager, Heidi maintains the office environment, assists the GCG staff with technology needs, is in charge of human resources and manages the commissions for our agents. In addition, Heidi also works to develop and manage GCG’s internal systems for the back office team so they are able to efficiently manage our customer and agent’s needs from tracking quotes to order provisioning and beyond. In her free time, Heidi likes to spend time with her kiddo, run with her dog, teach spin class at the gym and read a good book.

Bob West, Vice President of Marketing, has worked for Global Communications Group since 2005 and has developed powerful marketing, advertising and corporate communications strategies that have dramatically increased sales opportunities and brand awareness for GCG. As Vice President of Marketing, Bob is directly responsible for developing marketing plans and budgets, managing the marketing team and tracking results and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Bob’s marketing expertise includes internet marketing, advertising, corporate branding, social media, interactive media, SEO, website development/design and analytics. Bob earned a BBA in Marketing and Management from Mesa State College and has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University. In his spare time, Bob enjoys traveling, snowboarding, mountain biking and spending time with his three German shepherds.

Greg Heidenfelder, Vice President of Sales Operations, has worked for Global Communications Group since 2010 and has almost 20 years of experience in the telecom and network industry. Greg works with a wide range of customers implementing and supporting a myriad of services and technologies including: VoIP, T1/PRI voice, Cisco CallManager, Dedicated Internet Access, Security Appliances, VPN, Integrated Access, Frame Relay and more. Greg’s focus as the Vice President of Sales Operations at GCG is to maintain the company’s high ethical standard while providing a superior level of valued services to GCG’s clients. In his free time, Greg likes to coach soccer, golf, and spend time with his wife and their three kids.
