Tami Taylor, Project Manager

With over 12 years of telecom experience, Tami Taylor has been helping clients manage hardware and software products, reduce telecom expenses, and solve trouble tickets. She has experience developing and supporting customers including: Voice 1Fb’s to T-1, L/D, VoIP, VPN, MPLS Frame Relay, through a variety of carriers.

As a GCG Project Manager, Tami is focused on providing exceptional customer service, trouble shooting and general conflict resolution and cradle to grave project management. She works to ensure projects runs smoothly from ordering to installation and follow-up. Even after completion, she will continue to offer customer support for client accounts.

Jenna Koenning, Project Manager

Jenna Koenning has four and a half years of experience in the telecommunications industry in roles such as account support, customer service management, and analysis. This experience in conjunction with six years of administrative expertise enables her to provide top level sales support and project management with the team at Global Communications Group.

Steve Burns, Project Manager

Steve Burns, Project Manager Steve has been in the Telecom Industry for over 12 years, 11 years have been with AT&T. At AT&T Steve has worked residential repair, then local service for business in the provisioning group for LNS and an expedite and escalations specialist. For the last 4 years he has been a Service Executive for the enterprise market. Steve has been with GCG since March of 2011 where he specializes in AT&T products where he works with clients, agents, and channel partners to provide quotes on new services and as a project manager, he works an entire project from start to finish guaranteeing that the project is completed correctly and on time.

Steve is a 5th generation Native Coloradoan.

Sherri Greve, Project Manager

With 12 years experience as a telecom specialist, Sherri has a powerful awareness of the relationships with the customer and associated vendors. Her main focus is to ensure efficient interactions for all intended parties and to guide the development of the order process. Sherri brings a spirited personal style to the project team here at GCG.

Josh Crow, Project Manager

Josh Crow has over five years of experience in the telecommunications industry working across many product sets and providers. In his position as a project manager, Josh is dedicated to assisting clients with ordering, repairs and billing issues.

April Armijo, Project Manager

April brings over ten years of experience to the GCG team in both operational and project management roles. She is highly successful in meeting business/operational goals and brings a valuable contribution to GCG's future projects and initiatives. With a combination of team leadership, strategic planning and technical skills, April provides exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end of every project. She also has vast experience working with a wide range of suppliers in the areas of provisioning, and implementation of PRI, CAS, Analog and SIP interfaces, QMOE, I/A, and VOIP.

Bruce Miles, Project Manager

Bruce Miles, Project Manager, has been with Global Communications Group since 2012 and has worked in the telecom industry for 16 years.  Bruce has vast experience working with a wide range of suppliers in the areas of provisioning and the implementation of PRI, MOE, MPLS and VOIP. As a Project Manager at GCG, Bruce is very detail oriented and provides exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end of every project. In his free time, Bruce likes to snowboard, travel and make people laugh.

Stephanie Baker, Project Manager

Stephanie Baker, Project Manager, has been with Global Communications Group since 2012.  With a five year background as a partner support analyst for the satellite internet industry, Stephanie brings her knowledge and expertise in sales support, communication, and customer service to the GCG team. As a new project manager, Stephanie’s main focus is to put together supplier quotes, help fulfill orders and provide assistance to the senior project managers. When Stephanie is not at work, you will find her on the golf course or at her cabin near Westcliffe, CO where she likes to unwind on the weekends. Stephanie is excited to be a part of the GCG team and is looking forward to increasing her knowledge of the Telecom industry.

Christine Duffy, Project Coordinator

Christine Duffy, Project Coordinator, has worked exclusively for GCG’s senior consultant, Chris Newell since 2012. As a project coordinator, Christine facilitates an effective team to meet project deadlines, maintains and updates internal databases and action logs, and resolves client and carrier business manager concerns. Christine has a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and spent over a decade working in marketing and sales in the medical and aviation industries. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and loves spending time with her family.

Stephanie Tackett, Customer Service/Receptionist

Stephanie Tackett has been with GCG for 2 years, bringing 16 years of experience and expertise as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative from the food, title, mortgage and advertising industries. In addition to answering the phone with a smile in her voice, Stephanie works with clients, agents and carriers to effectively resolve any trouble tickets and billing issues the client may have in a timely manner.

Lara Mayes, Partner Program Coordinator/Receptionist

Lara Mayes, Partner Program Coordinator/Receptionist, has been with Global Communications Group since 2012. After spending six years in the multi-family property management industry, Lara developed excellent customer service, marketing and management skills. As GCG’s Partner Program Coordinator and 4th floor Receptionist, Lara coordinates and schedules supplier events and training sessions, assists the GCG staff and sales team, answers incoming calls and greets visitors. Lara is new to the telecom industry, but she looks forward to increasing her knowledge of the business. She is especially interested in learning more about data centers and cloud services. In her spare time, Lara loves spending time in the mountains hiking and fly fishing with her boyfriend and their three dogs.
