Directlink Technologies

Directlink was started in 2006 with the mission to retain technology jobs in the Reading area. The organization evolved into a wholesale hosting and collocation business which provides both raised floor data center services along with specialized call center services. Directlink houses the Berks County 911 and Emergency Management Services along with two other call center companies. However the majority of the facility space is used for hosting and collocation services.

Directlink Technologies prides itself on delivering four primary services Physical Security, Redundant/ Reliable Power, Redundant/ Reliable Cooling and Network Access from up to 9 network providers. These services are the core of what Directlink provides for clients, we also provide managed services through our vendor partners as part of an overall hosting service.
