PCCW Limited (PCCW), incorporated on April 24, 1979, is an investment holding company. The Company’s Pacific Century Premium Developments (PCPD) is focused on development projects in Indonesia, Japan and Thailand. The Company’s segments include HKT Limited (HKT), Media Business, Solutions Business, PCPD and Other Businesses.

The Company is engaged in the provision of telecommunications and related services, which include local telephony, local data and broadband, international telecommunications, mobile, and other telecommunications businesses, such as customer premises equipment sales; the provision of pay-television (pay-TV) services, Internet portal digital media entertainment platform in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong) and other parts of the world; investments in, and development of, systems integration, network engineering and technology-related businesses, and development and management of property and infrastructure projects, as well as property investments. Through HK Television Entertainment Company Limited (HKTVE), PCCW also operates a domestic free television service in Hong Kong.

The Company offers a range of products and services for consumers, such as Fixed Line, eye, 0060, 0060 everywhere, netvigator, uHubplus, eSmartHealth, HKT education, HKT Premier, Smart Living, 1010, csl, The Club, Now TV, now.com, MOOV, viu, viu TV and HKT Shop. The Company also offers a range of products and services for business, such as Business Netvigator, CSL WIFI, Now TV, PCCW Global, one communications, PCCW Solutions, HKT Teleservices and Yellow Pages.

HKT Limited
The Company’s HKT segment provides telecommunications service. The principal activities of HKT and its subsidiaries are the provision of telecommunications and related services, which include local telephony, local data and broadband, international telecommunications, mobile, and other telecommunications businesses, such as customer premises equipment sales, outsourcing, consulting and contact centers. It operates primarily in Hong Kong, and also serves customers in mainland China and other parts of the world.

Solutions Business
The Company’s Solutions Business segment offers Information and Communications Technologies services and solutions. The Solutions business offerings include enterprise applications, cloud solutions and infrastructure, technical services, application development and maintenance, and business process outsourcing. It offers services and solutions in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China.

Other Businesses
The Company’s Other Businesses segment include the wireless broadband business in the United Kingdom. The Company’s Other Businesses segment also provides all corporate support functions.
